RAPC Experiment™ Application

• RAPC Experiment controls the flow of the experiment.
• Up to 15 different chambers with different experiments can be controlled.
• The status of each of the 15 chambers is shown along the left edge.
• Red status indicates operator action is required.
• Green status indicates experiment is in progress.
• White status indicates absence of a chamber.
• Individual chamber experiment is loaded into RAPC Experiment from a configuration file created using RAPC Edit.
• Each experiment presents screen with information about this specific experiment and the animal.
• Free text fields are used to provide maximum flexibility.
• Chamber door lock configuration is shown for the upcoming component run.
• The chamber controller LCD image is shown on the PC’s screen.
• The experiment can be controlled from the controller by pressing the buttons or from the PC screen clicking the buttons image with a mouse.

Output Data File Format
The output data file contains the information about the experiment and the experiment data. The file is a tab delimited text file which can be readily imported into Excel for further analysis. Learn more»
